Our Client is a global leading company within its niche. To the head quarter, we are now looking for a Product Group Director. It is a new position with a total responsibility of approximately 500 employees. The position requires travel throughout the world and reports directly to the COO for the Company.

Arbetsbeskrivning
- Develop and build a new organisation for the business unit together with the management team
- Develop and improve availability, operability, productivity and performance for product development, manufacturing and supply chain
- Direct and control the business unit to meet customer service levels, achieve targeted sales growth and subsequent profitability in the most effective, professional and cost effective manner
- Provide and implement the strategic direction and operational environment necessary to encompass, plan and deliver change throughout the business
- Responsible for working conditions and fulfillment of legal demands on operations
- Ensure that the processes and procedures available to those engaged in the delivery of our services are maintained, audited and continually improved
- Provide support to leaders in other parts of the business in terms of fulfilling their objectives through the sharing of best practice
- Continually improve the performance of the business through ensuring the most effective use of resources required to meet company and customer driven objectives
- Provide management team with analysis and support of new supplier opportunities
- Identify and analyse the overall required information flow process
- Responsible for the budget and accountable for achieving challenging financial targets
- Create a stimulating and developing working climate

Vem söker vi?
- Educated to level of Master in Engineering and/or Business with at least 10 years of relevant professional experience
- Extensive experience in continuous improvement and change management
- Long experience both as a project manager and as a manager in an industrial and/or product development environment
- Experience from industry of high regulatory and internal control is an advantage
- Good knowledge from Lean production and Six Sigma is a plus
- Leadership experience with excellent communication skills at all levels
- Possess initiative, high drive and a commercial acumen
- Ability to fast adapt strategies for a business unit and run implementation processes in the most effective way
- Strong interpersonal and customer satisfaction skills
- Good IT knowledge
- Fluent in English both orally and written
