In order to meet the demand from its growing client list, which includes several of the most prominent Nordic Financial Institutions, our client is looking to strengthen its team with a Financial Services Industry Consultant to be based in Stockholm.

This position will help drive growth in Teradata Nordic's Financial Services sector, both with existing large financial services customers, as well as prospects in the Financial Industry. The role will combine direct client consulting engagement activities and industry positioning responsibilities. On each account the Industry Consultant will work closely with the Account Director (responsible for the account relationship and sales issues) and the Solution Architect (responsible for technical issues).

Arbetsbeskrivning
Leveraging industry experience and research to help develop a cohesive sales and customer engagement strategy and a compelling offering for the Nordic financial services market

Develop strong and effective relations particularly within the business area of both existing and prospect financial services clients

Identify new business opportunities and develop appropriate business solutions

Structure presentations and materials to support sales and consulting engagements

Support both pre-sales and post-sales client meetings and business consulting engagements

Vem söker vi?
University degree required,

Minimum 5 -10 years experience within banking or the financial services sector.

A primary focus on, but not limited to, financial management within the Financial Services industry is required. Candidates with an Enterprise Risk Management or customer insight background may also be considered,..

Basic knowledge of data warehousing and business intelligence is a must

Strong analytical skills, ability to quickly and accurately assess new situations including the ability to identify business opportunities and/or solutions to complex, multi-disciplinary problems.

Strong presentation skills, enthusiastic, high-energy individual, self-starter and self-motivated

Excellent command of English (written and verbal) is required

20 - 40% travel is required, mainly in the Nordic Region
