Our client currently has a job opening for a Lead User Experience (UX) Designer (m/f).

The job of a Lead User Experience (UX) Designer (m/f) is to create and direct excellent user experience design and deliverables for Method projects, according to user-centered design principles and Method standards. S/he will be the clear and strong voice on user experience throughout the company and act as quality gate to ensure consistency across products and project teams (Limit 2,500 characters including spaces - Asia Pacific: 900 characters)

Arbetsbeskrivning
- Evangelise user experience as central role in the software development process and enforce user focus trough different methods and activities
- Direct junior and senior designers in each step of the UX process including discovery, user research and analysis, requirements definition, conceptual and interaction design
- Further expand and establish style guides and UI patterns to ensure a consistent user experience throughout the product
- Create project deliverables that clearly and persuasively communicate the UX strategy and the reasoning behind it
- Develop high level and/or detailed storyboards, mockups, wireframes and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas and visions
- Present concepts, facilitate brainstorm sessions and focus on user centered deliverables within an internal software development organization (Limit 2,500 characters including spaces - Asia Pacific: 1,350 characters)

Vem söker vi?
- Several years experience in leading the UX practice on projects, ideally in agile software development
- An exceptional portfolio showcasing innovative design solutions and a background in prototyping ideas
- Several years experience designing workflow, interaction and UI for web applications with the focus on the B2C market and background in working with an internal software development organisation
- BA or MA in Interaction Design, Cognitive Science or equivalent experience
- Expertise in human interface guidelines, standards and best practices as they apply to platforms
- Design experience and a good eye, as well as the ability to collaborate with internal software developers and visual designers
- Effective communication skills (both in conversation and in writing), especially focused on running work-sessions and articulating and defending design decisions
- Ability to work with technology experts and product management to uncover and understand technology requirements and capabilities as they relate to design deliverables (Limit 1,500 characters including spaces - Asia Pacific: 1,350 characters)
