Equipment, services and technologies are supplied under the brands ARJOHUNTLEIGH for patient hygiene, lifting and moving, disinfection, thrombosis prophylaxis, pressure ulcer prevention, wound care, hospital beds and diagnostics, GETINGE for infection control and prevention activities within healthcare and life sciences and MAQUET for surgical instruments, equipment for cardiac and vascular surgery and intensive care.

Supply Chain (Operations) is responsible for product development, sourcing, logistics and production. To their main office in Getinge, our client is now are now looking for a Global Sourcing Director, who will report directly to the COO for the business area.

Arbetsbeskrivning
- Drive the procurement agenda through procurement managers, Lead buyers and MD's of the factories to reduce direct material cost, consolidate the supply base and increase the level of sourcing from low cost countries
- Responsible for financial targets and a total procurement spend of 1 billion SEK
- Monitor and evaluate procurement KPI's in all factories/procurement categories, and drive improvement activities
- Drive the harmonization and development of working processes in the factories to enable a more efficient and effective procurement organization
- Closely work with SQA in order to continuously improve quality and delivery performance in product development projects and launches
- Lead the cooperation and bench-marking between sites, including recruitment and internal training

Vem söker vi?
- Educated to a Master level in Engineering and/or Finance with at least 10 years of relevant experience and knowledge of international procurement
- Exceptional result in procurement of technical products regarding cost reduction, consolidating of suppliers, low cost country sourcing and quality
- Experience of strategic supply management from a bigger international company
- Several years of experience in a line manager position with exceptional management skills and an ability to build relations across borders
- Personal engagement, drive, business acumen and extremely result driven
- Fluent in oral and written English and has the ability to travel extensively
