They are a construction company that operates as a turnkey contractor and producer of prefabricated elements. They build production halls, warehouses, offices, commercial facilities, train stations, parking lots, residential areas, bridges and tunnels.

Job Description



  • Construction site organisation


  • Project management aligned with regulations and specifications


  • Coordination of work using internal and subcontractor resources


  • Supervision of work quality, time lines, and approval processes


  • Analysis of schedules, progress, and construction costs


  • Participation in tenders, subcontractor selection, and contract negotiations


  • Client relationship management



The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate should have experience with large-scale housing estates and general Contracting in volume construction in the Swedish market. Besides, this person should have at least 7 years of experience as a Site Manager for projects which value is at least 100M SEK net and should have leadership skills
