Arbetsbeskrivning

  • Own full P&L, sales performance, and profitability for the Swedish market
  • Lead and manage all clinic teams including doctors, sales staff, hygienists, nurses, and managers
  • Drive sales strategy, conversion rates, and revenue growth across all clinics
  • Act as the link between HQ and local teams, ensuring strategy and execution are aligned
  • Coach and train clinical and sales teams on sales best practices and KPI performance
  • Ensure compliance with medical, sanitary, and operational regulations
  • Oversee hiring, performance management, and team development
  • Represent the business with partners, regulators, influencers, and in marketing activities
  • Ensure a high-quality end-to-end customer journey
  • Support future expansion and market development in Sweden
