  • Retail Sales Execution: Own the Swedish P&L by treating every clinic as a high-stakes retail unit focused on aggressive conversion and revenue targets.
  • "Consultation-to-Close" Mastery: Implement and refine a sales funnel that ensures patients who walk in for a free scan walk out with a signed contract or subscription.
  • Floor Leadership & Rescue: Actively patrol the clinics; identify "stalled" consultations and step in personally to rescue the sale, coaching Doctors and Treatment Coordinators in real-time.
  • Psychological Selling: Drive sales strategies based on emotion, confidence, and "Fear of Missing Out", rather than relying solely on technical medical specifications.
  • Upsell & Subscription Growth: Develop creative tactics to maximize basket value through upselling ancillary products and long-term treatment subscriptions.
  • Clinical Team Alignment: Bridge the gap between medical protocols and sales targets, motivating Doctors and hygienists to adopt a commercially-driven mindset.
  • Operational Agility: Oversee hiring and performance management with a focus on "hiring for attitude, training for sales," ensuring lean and mean clinic operations.
  • HQ Liaison: Translate global vision into local "street-level" execution, ensuring Swedish operations remain the most competitive in the group.

  • Retail-Smart Leader: You are a "Retail Wolf" with senior leadership experience in high-velocity B2C / D2C environments. While a Dental/Medical background is a plus, we explicitly invite top-tier leaders from any subscribcion based businesses that are confident to produce performing funnels.
  • The "Closer" DNA: You have a proven track record of personally closing high-ticket sales and can demonstrate "Selling Creativity" that targets young, tech-savvy demographics.
  • P&L Ownership: Solid experience managing multi-site P&Ls where success is measured by daily conversion rates and footfall monetization.
  • Influencing Uniqe Profiles: Proven ability to manage and lead highly qualified professionals (like Doctors) and pivot them toward a sales-centric culture without compromising medical integrity.
  • Data-Driven Execution: Ability to analyze KPI gaps in the morning and implement a creative sales fix by the afternoon.
