In Sweden, the group consists of two brands, Calzedonia and Intimissimi. They are now looking for a Finance and Administration Assistant to help continue the development of their Swedish Finance Team. Internal career development is important to Calzedonia Sverige AB and as a result, this role is available due to internal progression among their current finance colleagues. This is a permanent, full time, position at their office in Stockholm. Arbetsbeskrivning

We are looking for an individual that would like to work closely with, and support, the Finance Manager for Sweden, who you will report directly to. The areas you will cover (and grow into) will include:

  • Managing the accounts payable for Sweden
  • Expense management
  • Account reconciliations
  • Cash-flow planning
  • Assisting with VAT & Tax reporting
  • Providing support towards the annual and month-end close procedures (every two months)
  • Balance sheet reconciliations
  • Ongoing contact with suppliers and related negotiations
  • Office purchasing management
  • Support with new store openings
  • Other ad hoc tasks

Who you are: team player, prestigeless, open minded, willing to learn and multitasking. Specific requirements are as follows.

  • Responsible and solution oriented
  • Already have 1-2 years of experience of a similar role
  • Degree or relevant education related to accounting or business administration
  • Fluent English and Swedish language skills
  • Eager to learn
  • Good knowledge of Office and Excel
