This is a permanent role that is based in Gävle and will report to the Group CFO. Cibes Lift Group AB promote flexible working and as such, you are welcome to split your work between home and the office as agreed from time to time.

Some of your day-to-day tasks will include (but will not be limited to):

  • Leading personnel (6 direct reports) and ensuring a consistent work-flow in the finance department
  • Management of monthly and annual accounts
  • Annual and group reporting
  • Budget and forecast setting
  • Managing the external auditing process
  • Identifying areas for continuous improvement, including automation and digitisation of processes

This role will include international liaison and as such, we require an individual that is fluent in the English language as well as Swedish. Furthermore, we require an individual who has worked at a senior level within finance, coming from an accounting background. Other requirements include:

  • A relevant education i.e. a university degree in finance
  • 5+ year's experience at a senior level, some of those years ideally managing staff.
  • Extensive accounting knowledge A-Z according to K3 standards
  • Experience within the budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Experience in delivering economic analysis, collaborating with and challenging different stakeholders such as production leaders and sales managers
  • Preferably this experience will come from a manufacturing/production environment and will include knowledge of, for example, production business systems, stock, material costs, indirect surcharges
  • Experience from group reporting systems. For example, Unit4/OCRA or OneStream
