Arbetsbeskrivning
- As Head of Quality Assurance, you lead an international quality team and contribute to the development, management and further expansion of the quality system.
- You take the global lead in setting up and maintaining QA systems.
- You act as a catalyst for continuous improvements and change projects.
- You drive strategic initiatives that ensure food safety and consistent product quality.
- Be the central point of contact with various stakeholders regarding quality.
Vem söker vi?
- You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree, ideally in a food related field.
- You have extensive and relevant experience in the food industry, with at least 5 years in a managerial position.
- You are an experienced coach & People Manager, driven and positive attitude.
- Knowledge of quality management systems and production processes is a must.
- You are hands-on and have strong communication skills.
- You speak and write English fluently.
- You are willing to travel to different European plants.
