About Our Client

On behalf of our international client, a dynamic and innovative company based in Copenhagen. We are currently looking for an autonomous and pro-active part-time candidate to support the strategic and operational Human Resources activities for their Danish office.

Job Description

Reporting to the Head of HR Nordics. The successful applicant will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following duties:

  • First point of contact for HR related matters in our Danish office.
  • Execute daily work on all HR related tasks: general administration, policies & procedures, employee benefits monitoring, on-boarding and off-boarding, contracts and year end planning.
  • Management of employee Compensation & Benefits such as payroll vendor coordination, remuneration and local benefits.
  • Liaise with all internal stakeholders and as well as external service providers for recruitment, payroll and compensation and benefits
  • Support in the implementation of our Performance Management processes: performance assessment, feedback culture, Individual Development Plan & MBO.
  • Support the Global HR Strategy and country management team in all People related matters; Talent acquisition, Talent management, Learning and Development, Performance Management, Team Engagement and Organization.
  • Be involved in ad hoc projects and generally add value to all departments and the company in general
  • Ensure our people processes support diversity and inclusion policies.

The Successful Applicant

In order to be successful in the application process, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • At least 5 years relevant experience in a human resources department.
  • Experience in a multinational environment is a plus
  • Expert knowledge of the Danish employment & tax regulation
  • Key knowledge: Knowledge of the local market (Denmark)
