How is performance measured and how often is it reviewed?

Our annual appraisals and a mid year reviews give the opportunity to discuss, among other things, your long-term career and development plans.
What training is given in the first few months?
After joining the company you will attend our starter training in your first month at PageGroup. Over the following months you will complete the Business Induction and Sales Academy. You’ll also receive one to one support from your manager including on-the-job coachings and local workshop sessions to finetune your recruitment skills.
What is the selection process?
You will be attending face-to-face interviews with our local management team. Additionally we will invite you to complete our online personality assessment and to our assessment day in our office, where you will meet the team and get to know the job of a recruitment consultant through different role plays and exercises. Finally you will meet the (Regional) Managing Director.
What can I expect after attending an interview?
