Our Client is establishing new Customer Service Department in Prague. Their goal is to hire over 35 experts who will act as reliable, professional and responsive partner for all company's customers. At the moment, we are looking for the Head of Customer Care Department and four Customer Care Supervisors. The main goal of the Head of Customer Care will be ensuring the right organization and processes are in place. This will be a leadership role with a heavy focus on people as well as performance management and continuous process improvement. Customer Care Supervisors will be responsible for managing a team and the process within assigned region.
