  • Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation within the consultancy and property sectors.
  • Oversee the delivery of high-quality services to clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term relationships.
  • Provide hands-on leadership by leading by example and inspiring the team to excel.
  • Monitor performance metrics to ensure targets and objectives are met.
