Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Grow and lead the full Swedish organisation, including operational setup and day to day management
Execute the commercial strategy to grow the Swedish market within industrial safety and automation
Build and manage a local sales and administration team, including recruitment, coaching, and performance management
Drive both new business development and account management, expanding distribution and strengthening customer relationships
Act as the primary commercial representative in Sweden, visiting customers across the country and participating in selected European meetings and events
Collaborate closely with international colleagues to align on product strategy, market development, and overall business objectives
The Successful Applicant
The Successful CandidateThe ideal candidate combines solid technical expertise with strong commercial drive. They have a university degree in electrical, mechanical, or network engineering and bring more than five years of experience in technical sales within automation, electrical components, or a related industrial field. They are comfortable operating both strategically and hands on, with a proven ability to build markets, develop customer relationships, and drive growth in a competitive environment.
They thrive in an entrepreneurial setting where they can take ownership, make decisions, and shape a new organisation from the ground up. Personally, they are self driven, structured, and confident spending most of their time with customers across Sweden.
