Every business relies heavily on its back office staff – the people who ensure everything works like clock-work. The Michael Page Office & Management Support division has years of experience in the selection and sourcing for vital roles such as Executive & Personal Assistant and Head of Administration, throughout Sweden and for all types of company.

We are specialists in finding you the right candidates to fill a temporary, interim or permanent role, searching through active and inactive profiles using our innovative methods, which range from consultant networks to social media sourcing.

 

Who do you need?

Perhaps you are looking for a new Office Manager to lead your team, or a second Team Assistant to provide further support the team. You could even need a new Personal Assistant due to a parental leave or retirement. A Project Coordinator thanks to integration of new technology – Our aim is to use the experience that we have gained from recruiting similar positions, to fully understand your organisation’s as well as our candidates’ needs. Once your expectations and requirements are clear to us, we can ensure that we will deliver a qualitative and efficient recruitment process for both parties.

Not only do hiring processes differ between profiles, they also differ due to company culture. At Michael Page Office & Management Support, our consultants drill deep into your company’s background to ensure the candidates we present to you are the right fit all round.

Our goal is to make sure you feel confident your new Administrator will adapt efficiently both to their duties as well as the team they will be joining, whether it is supporting a Sales division or your Project Management team. Our knowledge in this area means we are able to provide you and our candidates with relevant expertise, allowing us to run an efficient process for both parties.

 

How we work together

You will be assigned a dedicated Consultant when we start an Office & Management Support recruitment project together. Your consultant will be the sole point of contact towards yourselves as well as the candidates included in the recruitment process. The aim is to shorten the lines of communication, allowing for a clearer and more direct recruitment approach and therefore better results. It means your process is streamlined, designed to give you and the candidates an excellent technical and personality fit.

Our expertise in Office & Management Support functions allows us to provide you with further market insights you might be interested in, such as salary benchmarks.
